Study Help
One of the most valuable parts of your enrollment is the unlimited study support available throughout your preparation.
Online Community
The online community is the primary place to ask study-related questions. Whether you’re stuck on a practice problem, need clarification on a concept, or want feedback on your solution, simply create a post and start the discussion.
Questions are answered by both the instructor and other members of the class. Having multiple engineers explain the same concept from different perspectives often leads to a deeper understanding than simply seeing the final answer.
Asking questions is an important part of the learning process and is highly encouraged. Chances are that if you’re wondering about something, other students are too.
Instead of spending time searching Google or online forums for an answer, take a photo or screenshot of the problem and post it to the online community. Then move on to the next problem while answers and discussion come in. This keeps your study sessions productive without getting stuck on a single question.
There is no limit to the number of study questions you can ask during your enrollment. Most questions receive a response by the next business day, and many are answered much sooner.
If you haven’t posted a question yet, consider asking one today or browse the existing discussions to see questions, solutions, and conversations from other engineers preparing for the PE exam.
You can access our online community at anytime by clicking community at the top of your student dashboard or by using the shortcut URL: www.powerpehelp.com.
Live Class Chat
We offer one of the most engaging live class chats available for the Power PE exam.

During every live class, you can ask questions using the class chat.
Questions are welcomed throughout class, whether you need clarification on a concept, want to better understand a solution, or have a follow-up question about the material being presented. The instructor regularly monitors the chat throughout class and answers questions as time allows.
Many students find that the questions asked by others help reinforce concepts they hadn’t considered. Participating in class discussions is encouraged and is an excellent way to improve your understanding of the material.

Browser Issues
Our learning platform works with all modern web browsers, but we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.
If videos, images, quizzes, or other course content are not loading correctly, first make sure your browser has been updated to the latest available version. Outdated browsers are one of the most common causes of display and playback issues.
If updating your browser does not resolve the problem, try clearing your browser’s cache.
