Meet Your PE Instructor and Your Path to Passing the FE and PE Exam:
Zach Stone, P.E.

If you’re serious about passing the NCEES® Power PE Exam, you need an instructor who’s been in your shoes and knows exactly how to guide you to success. That’s where I come in.
I’m Zach Stone, P.E., a professionally licensed engineer in the state of Florida and the creator of Electrical PE Review. I passed both the FE and PE exams on my first try, and since 2014, I’ve dedicated my career to helping other electrical engineers do the same.
Why Students Trust Me
I combine deep industry experience with an instructor’s mindset. My background includes:
- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Real-world experience in the design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and construction oversight of healthcare facilities, power and lighting, industrial automation & controls, motor control centers, power generation, distribution transformers, medium voltage substation, and power systems for industrial chemical plants.
- Leading hands-on teams responsible for everything from low-voltage DC controls all the way up to 69,000 volt systems and everything in between.
- I learned everything about electrical engineering the hard way: outside on the job, in the Florida heat, with a hard hat, steel-toe boots, FR gear, and a Fluke meter in hand.
But more importantly, I’ve built a reputation for making complicated topics simple and for helping thousands of engineers finally pass the PE exam when other methods fell short.
My Approach
I don’t just give you problems to solve, I teach you how to think like a PE.
Through live classes, exam-style practice, HD video lessons, and my full library of custom resources, I’ll walk you through every concept with clarity, structure, and strategy. You’ll get:

What Sets Electrical PE Review Apart
This isn’t a generic course. It’s a complete, field-tested system that’s helped thousands of electrical engineers pass the PE exam, many who were on their second, third, or even fourth attempt before finding our program.
I design all my content from scratch based on the actual demands of the NCEES® Electrical and Computer: Power PE Exam.
That means:
- Fundamental bootcamps to build your core understanding from the ground up
- Qualitative theory questions that train your reasoning
- CBT-style AIT problem sets that mimic real exam conditions
- Targeted technical reviews to fix your weak areas fast
Whether this is your first attempt or your last shot, I’ll give you everything I’ve got to help you earn your license. All I ask is that you bring the same level of commitment in return.
Let’s make this the year you pass and join the PE club.
I’m here to be your guide and your competitive edge in passing the NCEES® Power PE Exam.
